As the Director of FOURTEEN, I oversee the daily operations and logistics of the studio, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality creative content for clients across various industries. With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry I have been fortunate enough to work with industry-leading clients ranging from ABC, Apple, Adobe, Amazon, Adidas, A.P.C, Arbonne, Converse, H&M, Lululemon, Nike, Revolve, Splendid, Vogue and many more- Client acquisition and relationship management- Maintaining positive relationships with all clients, photographers and crews- Building equipment and studio estimates while coordinating with producers to establish and maintain shoot budgets- Managing invoicing and billing- Contract negotiations with clients for yearly booking agreements- Revenue projections, expense reporting and budget/P&L management- Business development and growth from zero to hundreds of clients in less than five years- Strategically hire and train staff- Developed and implemented all processes and operational guidelines- Overseeing studio and equipment operations prior, throughout and after shoots- Allocating in-house equipment and sourcing equipment from outside vendors while arranging deliveries - Creation of FOURTEEN branding including merchandise, branded items and website design
