I am a strategy and operations professional with more than 9 years of experience helping organizations improve performance and address complex challenges based on data-rich insights and human-centered design.Flying off from college, I landed in the Air Force in HR operations, where I supported up to 6,500 personnel. I approached my various roles like a consultant. First, I observed and looked for strengths and weaknesses. Leveraging and analyzing available data, I made informed decisions to implement solutions that improved efficiency, transparency, and the customer experience. I am most proud of identifying a service and technology gap and developing a custom risk management system that significantly improved customer satisfaction, workflow design, and team efficiency. Now at Point B, I support enterprise initiatives across global supply chains focused on labor risk and operational performance. I used disparate data sources to create executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that informed action and influenced strategic direction. I work across cross-functional teams, combining analytics, risk management, and business strategy to deliver excellence and scalable solutions to demanding business challenges. I am most interested in work that uses analytics, business acumen, and experience optimization to drive meaningful, sustainable impact.
