Design and Construction Technologies Manager with 18 years experience. I work with BIM|VDC teams to optimize software and hardware utilization. The goal is to improve Design, Coordination, Prefabrication and Installation. The tools we have today facilitate better communication between the office, the shop and the field. The BIM department\'s job is to make everyone else\'s job easier!I am a proponent of standardization in processes, workflows and deliverables. It takes time to implement standards, and it can be painful, but it\'s the only way to fly! I have extensive professional experience and expertise across AEC business segments and in numerous software and hardware platforms. I am able to lead teams and get the best out of those I work with.
