ABOUT ALAN DALY

A professional manager and engineer with a depth of experience in residential and commercial construction, specializing in large scale civil, structural and mechanical & electrical works.I previously worked in Australia for 4 year for a tier 1 civils company. I have a great knowledge of pipeline construction for a variety of projects and terrains, including water, uranium, iron ore, oil & gas projects across Australia\'s vaste climates.Having moved to London in 2014, I worked as a Project Manager for HOC UK Ltd on two of their marketable projects in Chelsea and Orpington before moving to Berkeley Homes for a large residential and commercial project in west London before completing a housing project in Richmond. Moving to ISG gave me the opportunity to step into a different field working within the Engineering Services division on predominantly health and life sciences projects for ICL and UCL, along with data centre projects in the UK. I\'m experienced in large scale civil and structural works and I’ve worked on some of the most challenging and demanding environments in the world.Specialties: Studied management, organization and planning skills - Proficient in a range of computer systems, design strategies and green technologies including: AutoCAD, Revit, IES Virtual Environmental Software, Conject, Primavera and Microsoft office- Design skills in electrical systems, HVAC and heating design and sustainable energy- Quickly learn and master new technologies and recognized problem solving skills and cost-effective resolution of challenging issues- Equally successful in both team and self-directed projects- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualifiedFirst Aid qualified - Temporary Works coordinator qualified- Working at Heights and harness trained
