Over the last few years, about half my work has been the design/detailing of light commercial projects, and multi-family (apartment) buildings. Firm has significant multi-family experience, with a history of designing successful new clubhouses, fitness centers, and renovations/alterations to multifamily/apartment buildings all over the Southeast USA. My office also has a unique ability to understand and detail historic preservation efforts all over the Georgia and the Southeast. I have worked with restaurateurs on adaptive reuse projects (Negril Village-Midtown ATL), and City of Decatur, Georgia to create new historic districts (LHD).
