About Tsz Lun Chu
I hold a PhD in Educational Psychology with a Concentration in Sport Pedagogy from the University of North Texas. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) administered by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, sport, and performance psychology, I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and practice of coaching, motivation, and well-being in students, athletes, and performers. As an Associate Professor of Applied Sport Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I conduct research, teach courses, and mentor graduate students on mental performance consulting.In addition to my academic role, I also work as a coach/consultant at IMG Academy+, R3 Continuum, and BetterUp, where I apply the principles of performance psychology and positive psychology to help student-athletes and business professionals achieve their personal and professional goals. I deliver in-person and online consulting sessions, facilitate group workshops, and provide feedback and support to my clients.
