ABOUT ALAN CAVE
Alan has a wealth of national and international experience managing large multi-disciplinary construction projects, varied in diversity and complexity. Currently based in the UK, he has specialised in construction project management, managing billion dollar developments for both public and private sectors. Over the last 16 years, Alan has been responsible for managing a number of international Consulting Engineers’ and Contracting based teams. He has experience liaising with Stakeholders, Local Authorities and has extensive knowledge of construction and delivery of high value developments to End Users.With a primary focus on high value government projects, he has led teams of professionals through the key construction project management phases of Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring / Control and Close-Out. Through his experience in the Middle East, Alan is comfortable discussing both technical and construction subject matters with all Project Stakeholders and also has a proven track record of handing over multi-million dollar projects to end users under budget and ahead of programme.During the last 15 years in the Middle East, Alan has successfully delivered over AED 11bn worth of developments to End Users.
