As the Head of Testing at Stellar Omada, a leading IT consultancy, I am responsible for delivering high-quality testing solutions to clients across various sectors and domains. I have more than 25 years of experience in software testing, including 18 years in senior test management roles in retail banking and IT consultancies. I hold several professional certifications, such as ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, Prince2 Practitioner, and APMG Agile Project Manager Practitioner. I also have a degree in Software Engineering.My core competencies include managing both technical and business testing, integrating and accepting software from global third-party suppliers, and leading testing transformation initiatives. I have extensive experience in working with different testing methodologies, such as waterfall, agile, and DevOps, and using both manual and automated testing tools. I have successfully managed test teams ranging from 6 to 150+ colleagues in the UK and offshore, and delivered testing services for multiple large-scale programmes in retail banking, covering areas such as payments, finance, loans, credit cards, onboarding, risk, and operations. I have also demonstrated migration testing expertise, cross-bank testing collaboration, and commercial acumen in drafting and negotiating contracts.
