I am excited to present \"Mentoring Millennials: MicroFeedback, Reverse and Group Mentoring, and.\" at a regular session, and \"So You Think You Know Millennials. Think Again\" on the \"Smart Stage,\" SHRM\'s version of Ted Talks. This topic is truly becoming my area of expertise, with many requests to present this as a keynote or concurrent session.And yes, it is time to retire, as of June 2018. But all is not lost; my students, current and former, have honored me by secretly raising more than to name the \"Professor Alan Cabelly Classroom\" in the new Karl Miller Center, the School of Business Building. I am beyond being speechless and thankful.My wife, Jeanna Benevento, and I continue to teach overseas. Preliminary 2018 assignments take us to Lyon, France (including a New Year\'s Eve in Barcelona), and Pavia, Italy, spearheading a month in that beautiful country. Each time we will explore Leadership with some of the top international students anywhere.Leadership Matters.
