   May 2020 — Present

   Since 2019, I’ve developed over 20+ DEI technology solutions—spanning EdTech, analytics, SaaS, fintech, and marketplaces—and every single one failed. But those failures paved the way for something greater. I created TalkDEI, an AI-powered platform designed to streamline supplier diversity through automation. That vision led to award-winning recognition, including Diversity in Action’s STEAM Startup of the Year, and speaking engagements at Xerox, LinkedIn, Northwestern University, and SoftwareOne. It also opened doors to 1Philadelphia’s cohort and AfroTech Founder’s Circle while securing in grants before I built an incredible team. But even with those wins, I knew I had to think bigger, better, and more strategically—and that’s when SourceIQ was born. We’re in stealth mode now, but stay tuned… the future of supplier sourcing is coming.
