I am responsible for building sales managers and assisting them with building a successful sales teams. I conduct sales training, recruiting and work with enrollment teams. I am building a engaged culture of support and development that will drive this agency to be number one. 2014 was the best year ever for Colonial Life, it was also a great year for our office we won numerous awards and qualified for the annual LDC trip. In keeping with our success of 2014, we are starting strong in 2015, growing our client base, providing great service and benefits to businesses large and small.
