Act as main point of contact for all City and Public/Private partnerships in the state of Florida. 100% customer retention rate.⁃ Takes on cross functional roles and responsibilities, working with the local operations, sales, tech, and marketing team to ensure current services are performing well and satisfying existing customer and community needs.⁃ Collaborates with the regional team and clients to help with communications, outreach, community engagement, marketing, social media, and events.(Including but not limited to, press releases, customer/rider surveys, social media content, attending industry events and speaking, serving as the liaison for media outlets)⁃ Delivers and analyzes monthly data reports and requests on an ongoing basis using Tableau platform.⁃ Assists in research and support for government procurement and grant opportunities.⁃ Works with all partners, including; local non-profits, to establish community partnerships to help achieve social impact and environmental/sustainability/transportation goals- Initiated and developed the \"Ride to Vote\" campaign, a program designed to provide accessible transportation for community members to reach polling stations in our South Florida markets.
