I’ve built my career at the intersection of systems thinking and human development.I started my career as an industrial engineer building more efficient distribution centers, training teams, solving operational puzzles. Over time, I felt a pull toward a different kind of problem-solving: helping people learn and grow. So, I shifted into education, where I guided diverse learners toward their own breakthroughs. Teaching has sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and design experiences that create lasting impact. It has given me a deeper understanding of how people think, work, and evolve.Now, I’m returning to the corporate arena—equipped with a fresh perspective and the adaptive problem-solving skills honed through years of leading in dynamic, people-centered environments.
