My role covers supporting the EIT Food Seedbed alumni, startup scouting, and managing the application and evaluation process. My main role is managing the EIT Food Seedbed Alumni, which includes over 200 startups, in collaboration with the programme partners. For the alumni, I manage the following tasks- Assessment of alumni for potential investment- Design, implementation and data insights of Annual surveys- Management of the alumni database- Supporting Alumni with one-on-one advice and coaching - Support with organising and running alumni events - Working with the alumni, work one-on-oneI support the scouting process for the EIT Food Seedbed incubation program, which focuses on helping pre-revenue agrifood startups validate their market. I coordinate the design and implementation of the application and evaluation process for all three of EIT Food\'s startup programmes: Seedbed, Food Accelerator Network and RisingFoodStars.
