I founded Ultimate Hoops, Inc. in 2006. Within two years, Life Time, Inc. acquired us. Then I spent over a decade scaling it inside Life Time’s 150+ clubs across 30+ markets, building it into the largest recreational basketball league in the U.S. with an 18x return on investment.Now I help sports businesses do the same thing.Arlt Sports Ventures works with founders and operators in sports tech, leagues, tournaments, and youth club sports.
