Currently a Principal Recruiter supporting scientific, engineering, and corporate skill sets. • Partner with Account Managers both locally and nationally to staff local and national positions daily. • Source active and passive candidates whose technical and intangible qualifications align with the requirements of our clients for their open requisitions.• Highly experienced with onboarding and compliance paperwork, conducting professional reference checks, running background checks, administering drug tests, etc. • Screen candidates both over the phone and conduct in person, preliminary interviews prior to meeting the client.• Extremely knowledgeable with vendor management tools (VMS, i.e. Fieldglass, BountyJobs, IQNavigator) and managed service provider (MSP, i.e. Tapfin, AYA Healthcare, Volt, Agile1) on-boarding procedures and rules of engagement.• Gather requirements directly from hiring managers and HR for open requisitions. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring staff.
