My qualifications include 14 years of police and investigation experience, and advanced training to include FBI Instructor Development Certification and an International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST) National Certified Instructor. My IADLEST certification allows me to teach at any police academy throughout the U.S. My specialty within law enforcement includes patrol operations and community relations. Additional core proficiencies include curriculum/course development, program development, and professional development training. I have developed 8 law enforcement courses and webinars that range from 1 hour up to 5-days. This course can be taught in-class, hybrid, and online.
