The project consisted of 16 new office buildings, a Central Utility Plant, a Subterranean Structure, service Tunnels with complete back of house operations.Managed one of the largest mixed-use developments in Vancouver BC;\"Hotel Georgia & The Private Residences at Georgia\" with total costs of $440 million, included a full restoration of a 5 star Heritage Landmark Hotel, and a new construction of a 48 level highrise ( L2 - L11 offices & L14 - L48 luxury condos) with 9 underground parking levels.Landmark projects also included:The Armani Hotel & Offices (Burj Khalife, 160 level tower, world’s tallest structure, Dubai), Shangri-La Hotel twin towers (Dubai), IBM Mall Metro Link (Dubai), and several landmark projects for one of the Top International Design Firms (NORR Group Consultants).
