   Currently providing procurement development and management support for a state-agency Medicaid program- 1.5 years delivering project management services to a large-city agency supporting the implementation of a state-led juvenile justice reform and system transformation. Areas of support included: IT enablement, procurements, facility licensing and audits, city, state, federal-oversight reporting and compliance, facility construction/repairs, medical provider transition, and program/service delivery planning- One year providing Quality Control services for a major state-based IT system integration - included analyses of Medicaid eligibility rules and IT system functionality for problem identification and resolution using Jira project management software- Two years as Regional Lead of a multi-stakeholder engagement for a major state-sponsored healthcare transformation project- included development of, strategic recruitment for, and facilitation of rapid cycle process improvement workshops that bring frontline clinicians together for care redesign toward an integrated delivery system. Additionally coached project managers in our methodology for continued programmatic scalability and sustainability across the state.
