ABOUT ALANA WILLETT
I am currently a senior at Miami University majoring in Finance with a strong passion for wealth management, client advising, and building long-term client relationships seeking full time financial positions after May 2026. Currently, I serve as the Finance Committee Head Intern at the First Miami Student Credit Union, where I lead students on financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making strategies regarding our rates at a student run credit union. In addition, I am gaining hands-on experience as an Investment Advisor Intern at Transamerica where I work closely with a licensed mentor to support client financial plans and investment solutions. I\'ve had the opportunity to apply and be accepted into Miami\'s Wall Street Week program, where I presented a stock pitch to alumni in New York City where I sharpened my skills using the Bloomberg terminal, FactSet, and Excel to analyze market trends. This program further pushed my interest into wealth management and client facing roles.
