ABOUT ALANA WILCK
I am currently the Assistant Director of ACCESS Global, the young professional division of the American Jewish Committee (AJC), where I oversee the development and leadership initiatives for all 22–40-year-olds across AJC\'s global offices. In this role, I manage the division\'s fundraising strategy, and develop a leadership pipeline from campus, to ACCESS, and beyond, cultivating the next generation of Jewish leaders and advocates.I am pursuing an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy at NYU Wagner, and I hold a BA from the University of Michigan (2023), where I majored in Political Science and Judaic Studies and minored in Community Action and Social Change, graduating with a 3.975 GPA.I am passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and creating meaningful pathways for young professionals to make an impact in global advocacy and social change.
