   In my role as Design Director, I focus on building scalable systems that improve the quality and velocity of our marketing design work. In marketing, I developed and implemented a design system across campaign channels, transforming production from bespoke builds into a repeatable process—reducing launch effort and shortening campaign development from days to hours.I also introduced clearer workflows, a dedicated QA process, and trained designers across our email and campaign tooling, while leading early AI adoption to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Driven by ownership, clarity, and systems thinking—building foundations that help teams move faster without sacrificing quality.
