Alana is the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Keurig Dr Pepper overseeing legal issues related to marketing, intellectual property and R&D. Prior to joining Keurig, she was Senior Director-Associate General Counsel for Inspire Brands (previously Dunkin’ Brands) where she oversaw all marketing legal responsibilities including intellectual property, contracts, advertising and marketing, food law, regulatory compliance and charitable giving.With over 20 years of corporate law experience, Alana has a history of success across a wide range of legal practices. She has successfully negotiated hundreds of multi-million dollar contracts with agencies, sponsors and service partners, always protecting the brand while allowing the company to continue to safely generate business in new ways.Alana understands her business and the legal needs that are a priority to mitigate risk and keep the business safe and successful. She supports many local community groups and charities.
