LEADERSHIP COACHINGBecome the leader that others aspire to follow. People aren’t one size fits all, so your coaching shouldn’t be either. In our one-on-one sessions, we work together to set clear goals, discover your values, increase personal awareness, and promote a choice mindset to provide clarity around your intentions for leadership. We’ll build your coaching sessions on a combination of learning and action strategies to achieve your goals. Specifically, we’ll focus on your needs while providing an objective perspective, a sounding board for your thoughts, hard feedback when needed, and acknowledgement and encouragement to support your existing strengths. We’ll work together to harness your strengths. With Incito, you have more than a coach. You have a thought partner.FACILITATIONBuilding leadership through connection. ABOUT ALANA PETERS

You became a leader because you are capable. You are exhausted because capable became the currency you trust. If you are the woman people call when something goes wrong — at work, at home, in your community — this is for you.You are not broken. But the way you have been leading may be costing you more than you have been willing to name.I work with executive directors, academic leaders, and women in leadership who are ready to stop over-functioning and start designing something different. Not a productivity fix. Not a self-care prescription. A genuine redesign — of how they lead, how they make decisions, and how they show up in every room they walk into. What would it look like to lead from something more sustainable than proving yourself?I bring nearly thirty years of experience across teaching, non-profit leadership, and organizational development.I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and am certified in Dare to Lead™, Three Vital Questions, Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, and a range of other evidence-based leadership frameworks. My clients describe me as someone who creates both safety and challenge in the same room — which is, I think, exactly where the real work happens.I have had the privilege of facilitating in almost every organizational sector there is — education, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, non-profit, academia, oil and gas, real estate, insurance, municipal government, construction, recreation, research and development, and more. What that breadth taught me is this: the patterns I work with don\'t care what industry you\'re in. The over-functioning leader exists in boardrooms and on construction sites. The load-bearing wall is present in every sector I\'ve ever entered.Context changes. Human nature doesn\'t.A career-ending injury in 2011 redirected everything — and taught me more about sustainable leadership than twenty-five years in the classroom had.I try to live what I teach. In 2017 that looked like a ninety-minute swim through the glacial waters of Talbot Lake with no wetsuit.Courage is a practice. So is everything that follows. But what I bring that no credential names is this: I know what it costs to hold everything together. I know what it takes to put it down. And I know what becomes possible when you do.If you are ready for that conversation — I am ready for you.Keynote speaking · Team facilitation · Leadership coaching · The C-Suite Intensive Retreat · AlanaPeters.com
