ABOUT ALANA L CRISCI
Philanthropy and Strategic Foundations Fundraiser at Save the Children UK, and Global Fundraising Manager at LIFT Lab (Leveraging Innovation for Transformation), seconded by Save the Children UK. I am passionate about creating opportunities for partnership through co-creation. Through strategic thinking and the ability to connect dots, I lead donor cultivation strategies within major donor fundraising, driving new business and stewarding shared-value partnerships. My special focus lies in Innovative Finance and Global Philanthropy, where I am focused on achieving sustainable development goals. With my extensive experience and skills, I have been able to build strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to build ground-breaking new funding opportunities in innovative finance (as featured in the December 2022 Edition of the Economist). I began my career working to support young people in London with complex needs and barriers, then moved into the commercial sector in Business Development and Innovation focused roles, including a role as head of engagement at Simpact CIC, before moving to Save The Children UK in 2018. Overall, my work is driven by a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable children, and working collaboratively to create a positive and lasting change for them.
