Jumpstart Foundry portfolio company. VidaEats is a platform designed to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals with Chronic Kidney Disease. This is accomplished through 1-on-1 sessions with renal dietitians and custom, evidenced based recommendations based on lab results and various clinical data points. The idea for VidaEats was born during my time working with end stage renal disease patients on dialysis. We saw a need for the system to intervene before patients ended up in the dialysis chair. Diet intervention is crucial to managing chronic kidney disease; VidaEats’ goal is to make it more accessible to patients and spread awareness.
