At Henderson I responsible for designing intermediate building systems, preparing design documents and performing engineering calculations in coordination with project teams for construction projects. As a design lead for the projects, I am responsible for task management and mentoring of less experienced designers; communicate with clients as needed for the development and coordination of requirements and scope of work; visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress; research and reviews new products, industry trends and evolving codes and standards; and provides technical guidance to others when appropriate.
