WORK HISTORY
Service Transition Manager @Dwp
Working on the DWP Data Warehouse Remediation Programme. The programme covers the re-platforming and re-engineering of the DWP Data Warehouse, one to the largest and most important Data Warehouses in Europe and central to the function of UK Government. I was responsible for the successful transition into service of the remediated Data Warehouse, ensuring all support teams were engaged and the programme produced the necessary artifacts to enable on-going support and maintenance once the service went live. This involved the identification of all relevant parties, the selection of appropriate acceptance criteria, engagement between programme and support, identification of, and passage through the relevant gates and governance, together with development of, and effective production of, management reporting showing progress and readiness to go live.
