Alan has a broad business and IT background. He has held management positions in retail, manufacturing and distribution. During the early Alan was responsible for 5 blown film manufacturing plants with over employees. Alan also has 20 years’ experience in the IT field as a programmer, training, IT manager and CIO. During those years he was instrumental in writing and implementing various manufacturing and distribution systems.In 2013 Alan joined Innovia Consulting as an Account Manager. During that time, he helped customers expand their systems and provided them with Value Stream Mapping to map and improve their processes. In 2017, he took over operations at Innovia and in 2018, he was promoted to CEO.
