I’m an Electrical Engineering professional with experience in most types of new construction and existing to new construction renovation work in commercial interior spaces. I deal with all aspects of the business including but not limited to;• new and existing client contact,• marketing,• schematic design,• project design,• contract administration,• construction administration,• shop drawing review,• inspections,• close-outs,• due diligence studies,• reports.Having spent 2-years in the field (late 80’s) as an electrician, I have a better understanding of what I’m designing and how it gets installed. To that end I’m detail oriented when designing and developing construction plans and specifications. I also understand the need for relationships at all levels of our business, including those maintained with Contractors. We are all part of a team comprised of design and construction aspects where we can all come to the table to deliver a quality product so that we are asked to return and be invited to work again.
