Responsibilities include implementing all modules of ResourceLink whilst providing support to customers throughout various phases of each project, including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, parallel runs and go-live phases.Liaison with pre-sales team and Customer Account Management to provide scope of days for projects.Work with existing customers to review current system configuration to identify opportunities for improvements.
