Returning to my part time retail role as my 1 year authorised lifestyle break from my store in Scotland drew to a close. I was keen to retain my ongoing perks with my employer during the cost of living era, such as discount on groceries, phone contracts etc and long service holiday entitlement. I also continue to enjoy the face to face aspect of this role. I am now working in the express format which means I have a far greater exposure to varying tasks assigned to me every shift as the team is highly multi-skilled and not assigned to one department. I conduct Woosh orders, CSD, self scan, replenishment, checkouts, stock control and price integrity.
