I\'m an energetic and self motivated site manager who excels at prioritising, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through to achieve project goals. I\'m consistently involved in all facets of building construction from pre - construction to hand over. proactive and experienced in managing a variety of construction teams and sub contractor\'s on projects. successful in creating effective communication between personnel, general contractors and the management team. safety oriented who works efficiently and effectively to complete projects on time and within budget. diligent who consistently monitors site works to ensure proper compliance with building and safety codes.i pride myself on my ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers and have a proven track record in customer satisfaction. in 2013, 2014 & 2016 whilst a maintenance man I help win pride in job awards then went on to win the same award in 2018 as Assistant site manager at Red Lodge. In 2019 I came second as Assistant site manager of the year.
