I am an accomplished commercial leader and Chartered Surveyor with more than 37 years’ experience operating in the built environment. Comfortable working alongside executive and board member to deliver strategic commercial and contractual objectives, I’ve supported Civil engineering and Building contracts across the UK, Europe and the Middle East with emphasis on Building Services.I am also an experienced dispute resolution expert supporting more than 40 successful formal dispute resolution processes through mediation, adjudication and litigation. Calm and collected, I have gained a reputation for quickly understanding stakeholder perspectives and favourable business outcomes to achieve consensus without referring matter to third-party proceedings. Alternatively, I have also defended and pursued a multitude of adjudication for large-scale, multi-million-pound construction awards to successfully achieve critical resolutions, always seeking to maintain working relationships I have previously offered consultancy services to organisations seeking technical competencies in quantum analysis, claims management, adjudication & arbitration case management, contract administration and risk management.
