My work involves working with individuals/groups & companies helping them to identify the implications of stress and teaching them the HeartMath tools to build resilience. These scientifically proven techniques require understanding and guidance, which as a certified trainer is my role to ensure that they have a solid grasp of what they are doing and why they are doing it. Knowledge is key to avoid using stress as a \"fuel tool\" to get things done, I offer a service which assists people to become more coherent which can then enhance personal, commercial and physical performances without the physical & mental \"burnout\".
