Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and working in partnership with People Directors and BPs across the business globally. Responsible for TA in a 360-degree capacity whilst managing, guiding and training an RPO team of TA Sourcers and Administrators. Remit includes Permanent, Contract and Fixed Term Contract recruitment across all levels, including Exec Hiring. Developing recruitment strategies and managing up to 35 live vacancies at any one time. Actively sourcing and filling on average between 120 and 140 positions each year.Business functions supported include People (HR), Marketing, IT, Audit, Finance, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance, Underwriting Risk ( Catastrophe & Exposure), Group Operations & Change, Facilities, Procurement, Group Claims, Tax and Investor Relations. Responsible for all Group Change programme recruitment such as Brexit, GDPR, Finance Transformation. Also supported Talent Acquisition within our London Market and Reinsurance businesses units and recently covered TA in the US.Serving as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for hiring managers, enhancing their experience and providing expert guidance on TA best practice. Ensuring that tools and processes are optimized to attract, select, and pipeline top-tier candidates.
