ABOUT ALAN SCHNEIDER
I have spent the last 34 years working part time in my private practice, and part time in administrative psychiatry. This has included pharmaceutical industry medication trials, and investigator-initiated research. My research interests have included, affective disorders, and treatment of schizophrenia. From to 2008 and 2020 forward I have been involved in TMS research. I served as Chief of the Opiate Treatment Program at the VA from 2007 to 2014.Currently, I serve as Medical Director at Aetna a CVS Health Company. I maintain an active private practice in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.
