Competent and trained in side loader and counterbalance forklift operations.Supervisory and Team leader experience over two operations.More recently co ordinated design element of Commercial supply and fix works.Currently responsible for production co ordination and stock purchasing and management for two operations in a a senior role.Assisted in the set up and recruitment for a satellite plant. Also involved in future recruitment requirements for the operations.IOSH trained, review/asses and write risk assessments and safe systems.Implementation of 5s.Trained in Lean manufacturing, Level 2 BIT NVQ.Leadership and management course ILM level 3 qualified.Recently promoted to Operations Manager.
