I\'m a BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) student at St. Joseph Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Palai, currently in my 8th semester of the 4-year course. My career objective is to excel in the field of food and beverage, where I can leverage my passion for culinary arts and exceptional customer service skills. × I have gained valuable hands-on experience and industry insights through my internship at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, where I completed my IET (Internship Exposure Training) in Kochi. × I participated in a two-day ODC hosted by Marriott for the launch of INS Vikranth, and in a European Flour competition conducted by IFCA (Indian Federation of Culinary Association). Through these opportunities, I have refined my culinary expertise, management acumen, and understanding of industry trends.
