Capita transformed from a collection of individual businesses to centralised divisions. I was responsible for the consolidation and integration of multiple Data teams into a more effective, rationalised structure. Leading on major programmes involving Data Migration, Transformation and Data Platforms across Capita and providing Data Services using teams of Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Database Consultants. Personally responsible for the strategic direction and roadmap aligned with business needs and new ways of working under our CDO and DAMA (Data Management). This role has full financial and budgetary responsibility and proven track record in a rapidly changing organisation now central to supporting the wider Capita Group.
