   Manage facilities operations for 1 million sq ft of Amazon\'s Research & Development (R&D) portfolio, inclusive of laboratory, warehouse and corporate office space. Responsible for creating strong cross-functional and vendor partnerships on behalf of the client, communicating daily with account stakeholders, enhancing customer experience through ticket resolution and process improvement, interpreting and negotiating lease terms, creating a $3.5m annual budget with monthly reconciliation and maintaining the highest level of site standards. Key Accomplishments: • Responsible for over $600k cost avoidance throughout 2022 by performing financial oversight and operational efficiency of small to large facilities improvement projects. • Collaborated with multiple Amazon Programs to launch a hot-food cafeteria within an 8 week project deadline. Personal oversight and project managed through key phases; initiate and scope definition, charter development, design, schedule, budget, resources, and construction. • Simultaneously launched 6 new Amazon R&D buildings (combined 750k sq ft) of multiple laboratory and office construction builds while managing facilities of 4 additional sites located throughout the Puget Sound area. • Established an internal quarterly Lab Audit program to proactively identify support opportunities and resolve inefficiencies and process gaps within the R&D lab spaces. Per GREF leadership request, I personally scaled the program region wide across Puget Sound, developing Lab Audit procedures, resources and responsible for training Facility Managers on the account.
