About Alan Rezach
With over 23 years of R&D experience, I have a proven track record of creating and commercializing products. I enjoy working on early feasibility projects and helping refine concepts into successful products. I have had the pleasure of working on many projects over my 23 years with Medtronic while serving various roles (R&D Project Support, R&D Project Lead, R&D Sustaining Management, R&D Feasibility Lead, R&D Platform Lead). I specifically enjoy utilizing core engineering skillsets (CAD - Models & Prints, Tolerance Stacks, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Support, Metrology Support).During my time at Medtronic, I have received 115+ patents with additional applications in process. Many of which have been utilized within commercialized devices. I have also been recogized as both a Technical Fellow and a Bakken Fellow, Medtronic\'s highest technical honor.
