The Senior Director, Enterprise Operations, plays a critical role in advancing the mission of Nightingale Education Group (NEG) by ensuring operational excellence and institutional effectiveness across the organization. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to design, implement, and monitor governance standards and operating cadence that drive organizational performance. The role oversees the business analysts, effectiveness analysts, and drives the organization-wide operations council. The incumbent must be a proven leader in planning, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization, capable of aligning resources and systems to support NEG’s strategic priorities and long-term growth. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, deep understanding of the higher education ecosystem, and commitment to NEG’s Core 7.

ABOUT ALAN PREIZER
Dr. Alan Preizer is a retired US Army Infantry officer. Dr. Preizer enlisted in the NY ARNG during his junior year of High School serving just over a year in the New York National Guard. In December 1984 he enlisted in the regular Army serving as an enlisted Soldier and Non-Commissioned Officer until graduating from OCS in1995. During his 22 year Army career he rose thru the ranks from Rifleman to Company Commander. Along the way he lead, trained and mentored US Army Rangers, future Army Officers and newly commissioned Infantry LTs. He participated in Army level strategic change initiatives and leadership transformation efforts. Dr. Preizer participated in the formulation of the Warrior Ethos implementation plan for the Army and was credited as the primary author of the Soldiers Creed (See After retiring from the Army, he was directly involved in preparing deploying units for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, training and mentoring leaders from virtually every unit deployed from 20••••09. Dr Preizer holds a B.A. in Human Resource Development, a Master’s in Business Administration (Cum Laude), a Master’s in Divinity and a PhD BA in Organizational Management (focused on performance management). Currently he teaches organizational behavior and research classes. His current research focus is leadership and performance management specifically, employee evaluations and leader development.
