ABOUT ALAN PELLOW

With over 30 years of experience in logistics and transportation, I am a passionate and proactive leader who strives to deliver excellence in warehouse and fleet management. As the National Fleet and Compliance Manager at Howard Tenens Logistics, I oversee the operations and performance of more than 200 vehicles and 300 trailers across the UK, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as implementing best practices and innovations to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Project Manager at CMS SupaTrak, where I managed the installation and integration of telematics and tracking systems for various clients, including Howard Tenens Logistics. I also have a strong background in warehouse operations, having served as a Senior Transport Manager at Howard Tenens Logistics for over five years, where I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the warehouse activities and resources. I have developed and honed skills in warehouse management, logistics management, and warehouse operations, as well as in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. I am motivated by the mission of Howard Tenens Logistics to provide sustainable and innovative solutions for the logistics industry, and I am committed to enhancing the quality and value of our services for our clients and stakeholders.
