I am a Chartered MCIPD HR leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering strategic people agendas across retail, financial services, insurance, education and the NHS. I thrive in fast‑paced, complex and regulated environments, partnering senior and executive leaders to shape organisational design, workforce strategy and cultural transformation.My career spans large‑scale operational environments and multi‑unionised settings, where I’ve led People Partnering, ER, and Recruitment functions.
