Assist in the development of policy, plans, programs, and process improvement initiatives to support entire talent acquisition lifecycle for the Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard; achieving total Army strength objectives. • Assist with the Army transformation of the Recruiting Enterprise, specifically in the creation of a Talent Acquisition career field for Enlisted and Warrant Officer personnel. • Responds on behalf of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Army and the Accessions Division Chief to Congressional inquiries on talent acquisition related subjects and exceptions to policy inquires.• Interpret talent acquisition policy and legal statutes reflected in regulatory guidance, to render decisions on requests for exceptions to policy relating to Congressional and recruiter level inquiries.• Assisted on development of executive level rollout plans for new programs and policies.• Assist Human Resources Command, Reserve Component Transition on policy decisions and advises Regular Army and Reserve Component Retention managers on policies and procedures.• Army policy voting member on Department of Defense aptitude testing committee.• Provide feedback and assist with enhancements to Peoplesoft ORACLE Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
