Work collaboratively with change and investment & project managers with Argos investments• Too plan reduction or increase of space & range to create space for Argos store within store project• Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders in particular with ROMs, AMs, RHRPs, Store Managers and SSC teams• Analysis of management information to identify commercial opportunities, developing recommendations and solutions• Report progress effectively and concisely to the Zone manager, identifying key issues. Risk and actions to achieve targets and timelines• Be the ‘retail GM & Clothing expert’ on the Region through the provision of on-site and remote subject matter expertise to stores on all aspects of GM & Clothing operations• To identify opportunities to improve store operations and consistency within a Region whilst coaching on Visual Merchandising Principles, the Customer Journey, Warehouse Principles, Replenishment Routines, Productivity, Inventory Management processes and Online Operations• Analysis of management information to identify commercial opportunities, developing recommendations and solutions• Support events and stunts across the region, reviewing store plans, labour resource and execution, completing timely PIR’s• Support the ROM and RHRP in raising management and colleague capability by coaching on all GM & Clothing store processes to deliver improved results• Work as a team with other GM & Clothing Regional Support Managers, nationally, to identify solutions and build knowledge and share best practice ensuring consistency of messages• Facilitate appropriate workshops to develop talent and drive operational standards across the Region
