ABOUT ALAN MCKEE
Alan has gained extensive experience in a wide range of contracts coming from a trade background and progressing through the various roles of Foreman, Site Agent and Contracts Manager. Alan joined McLaughlin & Harvey as a Senior Construction Manager in 1994, and was appointed Divisional Director Construction in January Later that year he also took the role of Director with Responsibility for Health & Safety. In January 2009 Alan was promoted to Main Board Director, and in December 2013 he also became Director with Responsibility for the Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) department. Alan has the proven ability to manage and deliver large complex projects, with a hands-on practical and contingent style of management. He is a proactive leader with high standards of personal performance.
