I advise companies and trustees on their pension issues. I specialise in helping employers reduce the cost and risk of their legacy defined benefit pension liabilities. My advice covers scheme funding negotiations, long-term pension risk management, benefit re-design, accounting for pensions and M&A. I advocate a callaborative approach between employers and pension trustees with a focus on identifying common objectives and working together to establish, implement and monitor a plan to achieve these.I also help pensition trustees with issues around plan administration and benefit calculations.
