About Alan Koder
Prior to joining Beacon Capital Partners, Alan was part of the Boston based life sciences consulting group at CBRE. Previous to that, he was the Head of Global Operations at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS. There he led the overall strategy for the first to market and leading life sciences incubator, setting new benchmark standards for the industry. At JLABS, he was responsible for setting the strategic direction, planning and execution of the business worldwide, growing the portfolio of companies to over 500 across 13 locations. He has also held scientific positions at the Salk Institute, Novartis and Ambrx where he focused on gene expression and new drug development to treat inflammatory, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
